Site Credit & Instant Sell-Back Terms

1. What this is
CATI RIPS is a digital collectible pack-opening site for adults (18+). Cards have an estimated display value only. That number is not a promise of market price, cash value, or resale. There is no cash withdrawal, no bank payout, no crypto payout from site credit, and no guarantee you can convert cards into money.
2. Instant sell-back (site credit only)
If you own a serialized card in your signed-in vault, you may offer it back to the site. If we accept, we credit your account with 75% of that card’s then-current estimated display value, rounded to the nearest cent. Example: a card shown as Est. $17.99 yields $13.49 in site credit (0.75 × $17.99).
- Sell-back is optional. You can keep the card.
- Once sold back, the card is removed from your vault and cannot be restored, traded, or downloaded as yours.
- We may refuse, delay, or reverse a sell-back if the card is not yours, already sold, listed, or the request looks abusive or fraudulent.
- Estimated values can change at any time. The offer is calculated at the moment you confirm sell-back.
3. Site credit — no withdrawal
Site credit is a limited license to apply a dollar amount toward pack purchases on catirips.xyz only. It is not cash, not a stored-value account, not a gift card issued by a bank, and not redeemable for cryptocurrency, PayPal, Cash App, wire, check, or any off-site transfer.
- Credit may be applied automatically at checkout, in whole or in part.
- If credit covers the full pack price, the pack unlocks with no extra charge.
- Unused credit stays on the signed-in account. It has no cash surrender value.
- Credit is non-transferable between accounts unless we expressly allow it.
- If a paid invoice expires unused after credit was applied, we will attempt to return that applied credit to the same account.
- We do not pay interest on credit.
4. Not an investment, marketplace cash-out, or securities offer
Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell securities, a guarantee of profit, or a promise that cards will hold or increase value. The marketplace, if shown, is a classified listing board and does not currently provide escrow or cash settlement. Instant sell-back is the only in-site buyback path and pays site credit only.
5. Promos and free packs
One-time promo or giveaway codes (including PUMP- codes) grant at most the stated free pack(s) and become void after first successful use. Codes are not cash. We may cancel unused codes for abuse, resale, or error.
6. Eligibility and account
You must be 18+ and signed in. Sell-back and credit follow the account that owns the card or credit. We may freeze credit or sell-back while we investigate chargebacks, stolen accounts, or terms violations.
7. Changes
We may change the 75% rate, estimated values, or these terms prospectively. Completed sell-backs already credited are not recalculated unless required to correct fraud or error.
